It’s not necessary to complete long order forms, we’ll write up the order for your approval. You can reach us by visiting our contact page. Fill us in on your project and we’ll provide a quote right away. If you prefer, you can also ship us your products without contacting us first. We’ll get in touch with you when they arrive and send you an estimate before we get started on any work.
Ship us your products
Securely pack your products and then ship them to our studio in Illinois. It’s a good idea to try and select the best example or your products when possible, trying to avoid items with dings, dents, and scratches. Enclose your contact information inside the package so we are able to let you know when your merchandise arrives.

Photographing your products
As soon as your products arrive to our studio we’ll contact you. With your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and then ask you any questions or criteria you might have before we begin. When we have your payment details and you give us your authorization to start, the fun begins and we’ll start shooting your photos!
Downloading your completed images
As soon as your photographs are ready and meet our standards for delivery we’ll post them in a private online gallery where you can view and download them immediately. We’ll keep your photographs available online so that you can come back and download them any time that you wish. In the event that you’d like to make any adjustments or additions (supplemental charge may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.
Once the project is complete, we’ll very carefully pack up and ship your products back to you. The cost of shipping can either be added to the invoice or billed to your UPS or FedEx account.
